Protein Cocoa Puffs Cereal

Homemade Cocoa Puffs Cereal with 27g Protein!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

30g Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder

20g Oat Flour (Blend Oats into a fine flour)

10g Unsweetened Baking Cocoa

4g Zero Cal Sweetener

2g Baking Powder

Pinch of Sea Salt

60g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Directions

Directions:

1.) Add all your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping.

2.) Then add your almond milk and mix till you get a crumble like consistency. Then add your hands in there and press dough together to form a ball.

3.) Now break off tiny pieces of dough to form into cocoa puff sized balls. I used my finger tips to press into balls. This is the only lame part about the recipe because you have to do each by hand. Still figuring out a way to do this more efficiently so let me know if you figure something out!

4.) Add to air fryer and spray with non stick cooking spray. Air fry on 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.

5.) Once done, let cool for at least 10 minutes before it’s combined with milk. Then once cool, add to a bowl, add your milk and enjoy! These are great as a topping as well!

*Haven’t figured out a whey (punny) to do this with whey protein yet so I will be playing around with it to figure out a way. Will keep you guys posted!

*Reheat for 3 minutes on 350 degrees F to get them crunchy again if you didn’t have them right then and then lose a bit of crunch!
