Ingredients for Birthday Cake Pizza Dough:
30g All Purpose Flour
8g Coconut Flour

4g Baking Powder
100g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
70g Egg Whites
10g Sprinkles
Ingredients for Frosting:

10g Black Cocoa Powder
1g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
20g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
10-20ml Cold Water
Ingredients for Other Toppings:

1.) Preheat your oven to 500 Degrees F. Now add all your dry ingredients except for your sprinkles into one bowl and your wet ingredients into another. Mix the dry ingredients together to avoid clumping. Then do the same with the wet ingredients. Now combine the dry with the wet and mix together until they are fully combined. Add your sprinkles and mix those in.
2.) Now take your pizza pan and cover with parchment paper. Now spread out your pizza dough into your desired pizza shape. Highly recommend the dough spread like an actually pizza crust with the middle with less dough and the outsides with more. This will ensure it bakes right and you have that thick crust. Add to oven for 8-10 minutes (keep an eye on it) and take out once golden. Add to oven for 8-10 minutes (keep an eye on it) and take out once golden. Now let cool on cooling rack. And that’s it!
3.) While pizza is cooling, add your all your dry frosting ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping when you add your wet ingredients. Then slowly add 20ml of cold water and mix that in really well. Now add your greek yogurt and mix like crazy. This will ensure you do not get a gritty icing. If it’s gritty, then you didn’t mix well enough. Only add 10ml more water if you need to! Err on the side of caution. When you add to the freezer for 10 minutes, it’ll thicken up but not a crazy amount.
4.) Once all is ready, add frosting to your pizza along with your sprinkles and enjoy!
