Fruity Pebbles Lovers Uncrustable

Ingredients

Ingredients (makes 3):

6 Slices Sara Lee 45 Cals Bread

20g PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein (“FDL” saves you 15%)

6g Coconut Flour

3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice

50g Plain NonFat Greek Yogurt

15g Crushed Fruity Pebbles

50g Egg Whites

Directions

1.) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Add protein powder, coconut flour, and zero calorie sweetener into the bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Add 40ml cold water and mix. Add greek in and mix. Only add more water if needed to but be careful not to add too much. Add to freezer.

2.) Take the slices of bread and cut off the crusts. Weigh out all of the bread to get the actual serving size because the bread will weigh less without the crust and thus have less macros. Mine came out to 4 slices instead of 6.

3️.) Dip the edges of one of the slices of bread into bowl of egg whites and lay down. Add the fruity pebbles filling to the middle. Add another slice of bread into the egg white bowl and then place on top. Press the edges down and then crimp with your fork. Repeat with all three sandwiches.  Add the egg wash on top with a brush. Place in the oven for 4-8 minutes and keep an eye on the sandwiches.

4️.) Once done, take out and allow to cool to room temperature. Then enjoy.
