5g Powdered Sugar
15g Plain NonFat Greek Yogurt
2g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix (optional)
1-2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice (optional)
Rest of Toppings:
10g Crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch
1.) Preheat the oven to 450F.
2.) In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients for the dough. In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients for the dough. Put the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients bowl and mix until fully combined
3.) Cover a pizza pan with parchment paper. Then, spread out the pizza dough into the desired pizza shape. Highly recommended to spread the dough like an actual pizza with the edges having more dough than the middle. This will ensure that it bakes right and that it has a thick crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, while keeping an eye on it. Take it out once it is golden.
4.) While the crust is cooking, make the protein frosting and icing. In a bowl, mix together the dry protein frosting ingredients to avoid clumping. Then slowly add cold water and mix. Repeat until there is an icing like consistency. Then, mix in the Greek yogurt.
5.) Repeat this process for the protein icing, but use less water. Place both icing and frosting in the fridge to allow them to cool.
6.) Take out the crust and let cool. If preferred warm, follow the next steps right away.
7.) Add the frosting, crushed cinnamon toast crunch and then the icing to pizza and enjoy!
