45g All Purpose Flour
8g Coconut Flour
3g Everything Bagel Seasoning
3g Baking Powder
100g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
50g Egg Whites
1.) Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients into the same bowl and mix until combined.
2.) Now spray your mini silicone bagel molds with non stick cooking spray and evenly add your bagel batter to each.
3.) Air Fry for 8 minutes at 360 Degrees F. Then carefully pop out the bagels from the molds and add back to the air fryer with the undercooked side facing up. Air Fry for 4-6 minutes until golden.
4.) Let cool on a cooling rack when done. You will notice if you slice them open right then, they will be super soft in the middle. These toast really well so when you want to have them, you can slice them in half and then toast them in the air fryer or toasted before adding your cream cheese or even making into pizza bagels! These keep well for 7/10 day in a tupperware container in the fridge.
