Macros for the WHOLE Bowl:
205 Cals, 14g Carbs, 5g Fat, 24g Protein
Ingredients (Makes 4 Servings):
1 lb 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
1 Sweet Onion
2 Carrots
2g Minced Ginger
3 Cloves Minced Garlic
60ml Chicken Broth
500g Shredded Cabbage
28g Soy Sauce (I used Reduced Sodium)
6g Rice Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
4g Toasted Sesame Oil
Green Onions
Directions:
1.) Finely chop your cabbage into strips. Dice your sweet onion. Peel and grate your carrots. Mince your ginger and then use your knife to get into down to a paste like consistency. Mince your garlic. Use your sheers to cut some green onions.
2.) Preheat your stove top pan to a 6/10 heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until meat is close to all the way brown. Add your sweet onions and cook with the ground beef for another 3-4 minutes until the soften.
3.) Then add your carrots, ginger and garlic and cool for another 2-3 minutes. Then add your chicken broth and mix to combine. Then add your cabbage and add a cover on top of the pan to soften the cabbage so it’s easier to mix with the rest of the ingredients.
4.) Then add sea salt, black pepper and sesame oil. Mix for another minute or two and then it’s time to add to your bowl, add your green onions and sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
