Deli Fresh Turkey, Pastrami and Pepperoni Toasted Sandwich

Ingredients

2 Slices Pumpernickel Rye Bread

1.5oz Turkey Pastrami

1.5oz Oven Roasted Deli Turkey

1oz Turkey Pepperonis

2 Slices Fat Free American Cheese

30g Creamy Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip from Trader Joe’s

Directions

1.) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Lay one slice of bread flat and add two slices of cheese to cover the bottom slice.

2.) Layer on the pastrami, deli turkey and turkey pepperonis.

3.) Add the creamy spinach and kale dip to the top slice of bread and add on top of the sandwich. Place in the oven.

4.) Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden on top. Then take out, slice in half and enjoy!
