Ingredients for Fries:
2 Medium Size Russet Potatoes (about 500g)
Non Stick Butter Spray
Sea Salt
Garlic Powder
1.) Cut your potato into fries by placing the potato on it’s side and cutting into about 4-5 slices. Then cut each slice into individual fries.
2.) Add fries to a bowl of ice cold water and let sit for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
3.) Drain water and pat dry the fries the best you can. This will help with the crisping up process in the oven. Then spray fries with non-stick butter spray. Spray then toss then repeat. Do these for like 4 sprays.
4.) Then do the same technique for seasoning your fries. Add salt and garlic powder, toss, repeat.
5.) Add fries to a large pan covered with aluminum foil (you can use parchment paper as well). Make sure your fries are not touching each other so they have enough room to cook. 6.) Bake for about 25 minutes flipping at around the 15 minute mark. Keep an eye on these because they could cook more quickly just because ovens vary in effectiveness and overall temperature. Once done, enjoy!
