60g Quick or Old Fashioned Oats
15g Flex Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or protein of your choice) Code “FDL” saves you 15% on proteincookiebutter.com
5g Coconut Flour
4g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
4g Ground Cinnamon
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your Choice (optional)
4 Slice Center Cut Bacon
2 Large Eggs
Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
1.) In a bowl, place 60g of oats and add just enough water to cover the oats completely but are barely underwater. Then microwave them for 2 minutes, while keeping an eye on them.
2.) Take the bowl of oat out of the microwave, mix them around, and add more water to cover the oats again to the point that they are barely under water. Put them back into the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes. Keep an eye on them because they might want to rise over the bowl and overflow.
3.) Once they are done, take them out, and mix them. Add protein powdered, coconut flour and sugar free pudding mix, ground cinnamon, and zero calorie sweetener in, and then mix. Place them into the fridge to cool down for a bit.
4.) Preheat the stovetop pan to a 6/10 heat. Cook bacon in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side to make them crispy. Once cooked, put them down onto paper towels. Then, add another paper towel on top and press down to get the bacon extra crispy.
5.) Then add your eggs in the pan used for bacon with the bacon fat still in there and cook up. Add a cover on top to help eggs cook evenly and keep them runny!
6.) Once all is ready to go, add eggs and bacon on top of oatmeal and enjoy!
