Cheeseburger Chalupas

Cheeseburger Chalupas

Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 Chalupas:

2 Josephs Pita

8oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef

Sea Salt, Garlic Powder

Yellow Mustard

42g 2% Colby Jack Cheese

Roma Tomato

Red Onion

Pickles

Lettuce

Directions

Directions:

1.) Form your 4oz burger patties.

2.) Preheat your stove top pan to a 7/10 heat.

3.) Add patties to your pan once preheated and then season with sea salt and garlic powder. Also, add a little bit of yellow mustard on top as well. This will help keep the burger juicy!

4.) Then after a minute on that side, start to chop up your burger into small pieces with your spatula.

5.) Once all the ground beef is golden brown, form into small little piles and add 21g colby jack cheese on top of each pile. Add a cover on top of the pan and cook till melted (takes like 30 seconds).

6.) Add each pile to your pitas and then close your pitas like a quesadilla. Press them tightly closed so they don’t fly open in the air fryer. Air fry on 400 degrees F for 2 minutes.

7.) Then add your tomato, red onion, pickles and lettuce. Close your chalupa and enjoy! I dipped mine in ketchup!
