Macros for the WHOLE 10oz Ramekin:
388 Cals, 55g Carbs, 8g Fat, 24g Protein
Ingredients (makes 1 10oz Ramekin):
20g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
20g Powdered PB
3g Zero Cal Sweetener
Dash of Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt
80g Fat Free Whipped Cream
15g Mini Chocolate Chips
1g Coconut Oil
10g Crushed Pretzels
Directions:
1.) Make a protein drizzle by adding your protein powder, powdered pb, zero cal sweetener, cinnamon and sea salt into a bowl and mixing to avoid clumping. Then slowly add cold water and mix till you get a runny icing like consistency.
2.) Next, you are going to want you fat free cool whip to be like half way frozen. This will create some whip cream swirls in the whipped ice cream. So add this half frozen cool whip to your pb drizzle and fold into the drizzle till it’s mostly combined besides a few cool whips chunks here and there.
3.) Add to a your 10oz ramekin or any bowl you have. Then add to a small bowl 15g of mini chocolate chips and 1g coconut oil. Microwave for 30-45 seconds to melt. Mix together and then drizzle on top of the whipped ice cream layer.
4.) Then add some crushed pretzels on top and add to the freezer for a couple hours or until frozen solid. Then enjoy!
