Broccoli & Cheese Pizza

Broccoli & Cheese Pizza (385 Cals)

Ingredients

Ingredients for Pizza Dough:
45g All Purpose Flour
8g Coconut Flour
4g Baking Powder
Dash of Oregano, Sea Salt, Basil, and Garlic Powder
100g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
70g Egg Whites (can sub 1 whole large egg for the egg whites)

Toppings:
60g Pizza Sauce
100g Frozen Broccoli
28g Light Shredded Mozzarella

Directions

1.) Preheat your oven to 500 Degrees F. Now add your dry pizza dough ingredients into one bowl and your wet pizza dough ingredients into another. Mix the dry ingredients together to avoid clumping. Then do the same with the wet ingredients. Now combine the dry with the wet and mix together until they are fully combined.

2.)Take out a pizza pan and cover with parchment paper. Now spread out your pizza dough into your desired pizza shape. I highly recommend to spread the dough out with less dough in the middle and the outsides with a bit more. This will ensure it will bake right and you have a thick crust. Add to the oven for 8-10 minutes (keep an eye on it) and take out once golden.

3.) While pizza is cooking, preheat stove top pan on 6/10 heat. Add your frozen broccoli and cook with cover on top. Once broccoli has started to soften, add your sea salt and mix around. Add cover back on top and cook till you start to see some charred marks on your broccoli. Once done, slice up your broccoli into smaller pieces before being adding to pizza.

4.) Once pizza crust is done, add your sauce, broccoli, and cheese to your crust and add back to the oven for 3-5 minutes. Once done, take out, slice up and then enjoy this heavenly pizza that’ll honestly change your life!
