Breakfast Bacon, Egg & Cheese Crunch Wrap

Ingredients

1 Large Tortilla of your choice (used a Mission Spinach Garlic Herb Tortilla)

150g Egg Whites

1 Large Egg

2 Slices Center Cut Bacon

21g Light Shredded Cheese

Directions

1.) Line 2 of your 3.5in cheesecake pans or your egg circles with aluminum foil. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray and then add your 150g egg whites.

2.) Add your egg whites to your air fryer at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, add your large egg to the air fryer as well as your 2 slices of bacon. Cook for 6 minutes.

3.) After the 6 minutes, it’s time to make your crunch wrap. Lay your tortilla flat, add your whole egg facedown, then your bacon, then egg white patty, and lastly your cheese. Then wrap like a crunch wrap. Brush egg whites on top and then sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top. Add to the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. Then once done, enjoy!
