Ingredients for Dough:
90g All Purpose Flour
12g Coconut Flour
6g Garlic Powder
6g Baking Powder
200g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
100g Egg Whites
Toppings:
125g Pasta Sauce of your Choice
56g Light Shredded Mozzarella
6oz Chicken Breast
100g Barbecue Sauce of your Choice (I used Stubbs Sugar Free)
1.) Preheat the oven to 500F. Then, in a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix. In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Then, combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until they are fully combined.
2.) Cover a pizza pan with parchment paper. Then, spread out the pizza dough into the desired pizza shape. Highly recommended to spread the dough like an actual pizza with the edges having more dough than the middle. This will ensure that it bakes right and that it has a thick crust. Bake for 6-8 minutes, then take the pizza out, remove the parchment paper, and place it back into the oven for 3-5 minutes. By taking the parchment paper off, the bottom of the crust airs out and cooks more evenly.
3.) While the pizza cooks, take 6oz of chicken breast and season it with some garlic powder and sea salt. Place the chicken into the air fryer for 6-8 minutes at 400F. Flip it over and cook for 2-4 more minutes.
4.) After the chicken is done, cut them into super small pieces and put them in a bowl. Mix the barbecue sauce with the chicken.
5.) Add pasta sauce, mozzarella, and then chicken onto the pizza and put it back into the oven for 3-5 minutes. Once it’s done, take it out, and enjoy this heavenly pizza!
