Macros for the WHOLE XL Wrap:
395 Cals, 28g Carbs, 15g Fat, 37g Protein!
Ingredients:
1 Wrap of Choice (I used @josephspitabread lavash bread
1 Whole Egg
2oz Solid White Tuna in Water (can sub really any protein source)
21g Light Shredded Mozzarella @traderjoes
30g Low Fat Queso (around 3g fat)
30g Reduced Guilt Guac @traderjoes
50g Zuccini Noodles
50g Yellow Squash Noodles
50g Shredded Carrots
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Cook up whole egg.
- Add all ingredient to one end of your wrap in this order. Yellow squash, zucchini, carrots, guac, tuna, queso, mozzarella, and whole egg facing down.
- Roll as tightly as you can can. Then add to oven for 4-6 minutes till golden and enjoy! That damn easy!
-Pro tip: to make your zucchini and yellow squash noodles, get yourself an @oxo hand spiralitzer! Thing is saving my life and I use it every single to make noodles.
