Apple Pie Protein Oatmeal
Macros for the WHOLE Bowl w/out Toppings:
431 Cals, 53g Carbs, 7g Fat, 39g Protein
Ingredients for Oatmeal w/out Toppings:
60g Oats (I used Quick Oats)
50g Fresh Chopped Apple
325ml Water
30g Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
15g Apple Pie Protein Cookie Butter Powder
4g Zero Cal Sweetener
Dash of Cinnamon
Dash of Nutmeg
Dash of Salt (Not in video)
Toppings:
10g Kashi Go Lean Cinnamon
5g Cacao Nibs
10g Melted PB
Sea Salt Flakes
Directions:
1.) Add your oats, apples and water into your air fryer safe pot (got mine off amazon) and mix the apples together with the water and oats. Then air fry on 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. You don’t have to preheat your air fryer. Just add it in.
2.) Once done, add your protein, cookie butter powder, sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Mix all together well till all combined.
3.) Add to a bowl of your choice and add your toppings then enjoy!
This recipe is crazy customizable! Just air fry your oats with the ratio of water to oats I mention. Then add whatever combo of dry ingredients you want to create the perfect bowl of oatmeal!
*If you do not have any cookie butter powder, I recommend subbing with some powdered pb or more vegan protein powder.
