Ingredients (Makes 1 Pizza):
45g All Purpose Flour
8g Coconut Flour
4g Baking Powder
Dash of Oregano, Sea Salt, Basil and Garlic Powder
100g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
50g Egg Whites
Toppings:
60g Pizza Sauce
28g Light Shredded Mozzarella
5 Turkey Pepperonis
Basil, Oregano
1.) Preheat your Belgian Waffle Maker. Now add your dry ingredients into one bowl and your wet ingredients into another. Mix the dry ingredients together to avoid clumping. Then do the same with the wet ingredients. Now combine the dry with the wet and mix together until they are fully combined.
2.) Spray your waffle maker with non stick butter spray and then spread out your pizza dough onto the waffle maker till it covers all the edges. Close waffle maker and cook for 4-6 minutes till golden.
3.) Now add to your air fryer for 2-3 minutes on 400 degrees F. Take out once golden and then add your toppings. Add back to your air fryer for 2-4 minutes until cheese is golden. Once done, take out, slice up and enjoy!
*If you want to cook this in the oven and not in the air fryer, you will preheat your oven to 500 degrees F or as how as you can get it. Then once you waffle is done cooking in the waffle maker, add to pizza pan and add to oven for 4-5 minutes without any toppings to help it crisp up a bit more. Then add your toppings and add back to oven for 3-5 minutes until toppings are melted and starting to golden brown!
