1 Large Tortilla (Mine are usually 30-37g Carbs Per)
5oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef (weighed raw)
14g Light Shredded Mozzarella
28g (1oz) Fresh Avocado
5g Egg Whites for Egg Wash
1.) Preheat stovetop pan on 6/10 heat.
2.) Season your ground beef with sea salt and garlic powder. Mix in well and then form into a burger patty.
3.) Once stove top pan is preheated, spray with non stick cooking spray and add burger to pan. It should SIZZLE when you add it! That’ll ensure you have the pan preheated and your burger will cook evenly!
4.) Add cover on top of pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until brown on edges of burger. Then flip and cook for another 3 minutes or so with cover on top. Or to whatever wellness you like your burgers at.
5.) Now lay your crunch wrap flat and add your ingredients in this order to the center of your tortilla. Mash Avocado then your cheese and then your burger.
6.) Now wrap like a crunch wrap (watch video clip I have linked here) and then brush egg whites along the outside of the crunch wrap. This will help it get crunchy!
7.) Now add to your air fryer on 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes! Watch it and take it out once golden! Then slice open and enjoy!
Pro tip: Make a dipping station on the side of whatever your favorite sauces to dip the crunch wrap in! I love a side of Bolthouse Farms Dressing!
