5oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
4 slices of bread (Recommended: Sarah Lee Bread 45 Calorie Bread)
Slice of fat free American cheese
100g of frozen broccoli
100g of Frozen Brussels Sprouts
(Tip: 96/4 Lean Ground Beef is an amazing option for making a macro friendly burger)
1.) Preheat oven to 400F
2.) Allow the ground beef to sit out of the fridge are room temperature for 30 minutes prior to cooking to make sure it cooks evenly.
3.) Preheat a stovetop pan to a 6/10 heat. Then cook the burger to desired wellness.
4.)For the grilled cheese, take the four pieces of bread and slice off crusts. Note that this will change the macros so equate for that if you are tracking.
5.) Add a slice of cheese to each grilled cheese. For extra taste, spray both sides of the grilled cheeses with non-stick butter spray, and put some garlic powder to each side for a garlic toast vibe!
6.) Place the grilled cheeses in an oven safe pan, and cover the pan in aluminum foil. Put it in the oven until golden. (Check oven every few minutes)
7.) While this is happening, place the broccoli and Brussels sprouts in the air fryer for 12 minutes. Once done, take them out, spray them with some cooking spray and added sea salt, and air fry them for another 3-5 minutes until crispy!
8.) Once the grilled cheeses are ready, place the burger in between the grilled cheeses!
9.) Lastly, the fries! Check the recipe in this book for the exact how to!
10.) Enjoy!
