600g Frozen Broccoli
400g Egg Whites
10g Coconut Flour
180g Pasta Sauce of your choice
56g Light Shredded Mozzarella
1.) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Add frozen broccoli to stove top pan on 7/10 heat and cook with cover on top until they start to soften. Add sea salt and mix around until slightly charred.
2.) Now spray a 10in cast iron pan with non stick butter spray and add the broccoli to it. Then add egg whites to a bowl with oregano, garlic powder and basil. Whisk it all together. Add this on top of the broccoli in the cast iron pan.
3.) Place the cast iron pan in oven for 25 minutes. Once finished, take out, add pasta sauce and light shredded mozzarella. Place back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes.
4.) Remove the pan, add a little bit more oregano, basil and garlic powder on top. Then slice up and enjoy!
