Baked XL Tuna Wrap Gainz (395 Cals)

Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 Wrap of Choice (I used @josephspitabread lavash bread

1 Whole Egg

2oz Solid White Tuna in Water (can sub really any protein source)

21g Light Shredded Mozzarella @traderjoes

30g Low Fat Queso (around 3g fat)

30g Reduced Guilt Guac @traderjoes

50g Zuccini Noodles

50g Yellow Squash Noodles

50g Shredded Carrots

Directions

1.) Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Cook up whole egg.

2.) Add all ingredient to one end of your wrap in this order. Yellow squash, zucchini, carrots, guac, tuna, queso, mozzarella, and whole egg facing down.

3.) Roll as tightly as you can can. Then add to oven for 4-6 minutes till golden and enjoy! That damn easy!

-Pro tip: to make your zucchini and yellow squash noodles, get yourself an @oxo hand spiralitzer! Thing is saving my life and I use it every single to make noodles.
