404 Cal OREO Blended Overnight Proats Cookie Dough

Ingredients

40g Oats

30g Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder

12g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder

10g Black Cocoa Powder

4g Zero Cal Sweetener

Baby Pinch of Sea Salt

1.5 Oreo Thins

 

* Whey/Casein Blend Protein should work fine as well! Just know it’s not as absorbent (about 30% less) as vegan protein so keep that in mind with how much water you use.

* If subbing out cookie butter powder, use a half and half of more protein powder and more cocoa powder to make up the difference.

*You can use milk instead of water as well. Just keep in mind that it will add some extra calories.

Directions

1.) Add all your ingredients except for your oreo thins to a small blender and blend till smooth.

2.) Add blended mixture back to a bowl and slowly add cold water and mix till you get a cookie dough like consistency. Maybe slightly more runny than a cookie dough just because it’ll set more overnight.

3.) Add crushed oreo thins and mix those in. I added more on top for the aesthetics as well as used a cookie scooper to take out more and add it on top for the aesthetics as well!

4.) Also, you can add to the freezer for about an hour or so if you want a quick set and to eat it then! Enjoy!
