Macros for each Chicken Nugget:
41 Cals, 1.5g Carbs, 1.5g Fat, 5.5g Protein
Ingredients (makes 19):
16oz Lean Ground Chicken Breast
20g Yellow Mustard
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
60g Flamin Hot Cheetos
Directions:
1.) Add flamin hot cheetos (or any chips of your choice) into a small blender and blend. Set to the side.
2.) Now add your ground chicken, yellow mustard, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder into a bowl and mix.
3.) Lightly wet your hands and form your 19 chicken nuggets. I have a small bowl of water there to dip my hands in. This makes forming the nuggets much easier aka the ground chicken doesn’t stick to your hands.
4.) Add your crushed flamin hot cheetos to a small shallow bowl. Coat each chicken nugget by adding it to the bowl and tossing in the crushed cheetos. I toss back and form in my hand once coated to get off the extra.
5.) Add half your batch to the air fryer, spray with non stick cooking spray and air fry on 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Flip hallways through.
6.) Then sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top, get your dipping station of choice (mine is Bolthouse Farms Ranch) and enjoy!
