Macros for the WHOLE Protein Cookie w/out Toppings:
170 Cals, 22g Carbs, 2g Fat, 16g Protein
Ingredients:
80g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
8g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
4g Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
3g Zero Cal Sweetener
14g Quick Oats
35g Frozen Banana
Toppings:
8g Kashi PB Cereal
7g Melted PB
Directions:
1.) Add all your ingredients (except frozen bananas) into your bowl and mix till combined. Then add your frozen bananas and mix.
2.) Then add a small piece of parchment paper on top of a small place. Add the mixture to the middle of the parchment paper and spread into the shape of a cookie.
3.) Add your toppings.
4.) Add to freezer for a few hours till solid. Then enjoy!
