Chocolate Covered Banana Protein Soft Serve

Chocolate Covered Banana Protein Soft Serve

Ingredients

Ingredients for Whole Bowl:

300g Frozen Bananas

150ml Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

30g Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder

15g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder

10g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

4g Zero Cal Sweetener

Directions

1.) Add your frozen bananas and almond milk into your food processor. And before you process, make sure you have a towel or something to put over your food processor because it will shake around a lot and some of the almond milk will spray out. Lol don’t make the mistake the first time I made it and almond milk went everywhere.

2.) Then once you have a smooth sorbet-like consistency, add the rest of your ingredients into the food processor and blend on low till smooth.

3.) This next step is super important if you want a thick soft serve like consistency. You have to add it to the freezer for at least 30 minutes to let it cool down and thicken up again. If not, it’ll be like a slightly melted soft serve. But if you want it to be that thick soft serve, the freezer is a must.

4.) Once ready to serve, I add to a bowl I had sitting in the freezer so it stays cold and add my toppings. Then it’s time to enjoy!
