1 Medium Russet Potato (300g)
Non Stick Butter Cooking Spray
Sea Salt
1. Slice up your russet potato long ways into about 4. Then slice across about 6 times to make into cubes. Add to a bowl of cold water to soak for 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain and pat potatoes dry. Spray with non stick butter cooking spray and add sea salt to them. Toss to combine.
3. Add to air fryer on 400 degrees F for 15-17 minutes. And that’s it! Enjoy!
