Protein Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients

Ingredients for 6 Muffins:

400g Banana

200g Egg Whites

100g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

45g Peanut Butter Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder

45g Coconut Flour

12g Zero Cal Sweetener of your Choice

5g Ground Cinnamon

12g Baking Powder

30g Crushed Walnuts

Directions

  1. Add your banana to a bowl mash till there are no more chunks. Then add your egg whites and mix together.
  2. Add your dry ingredients (except mini chocolate chips) to another bowl and mix to avoid clumping.
  3. Now combine dry with the wet and mix.
  4. Spray your muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray and add your batter to them.
  5. Add to Air Fryer on 250 degrees F for 30 minutes until tops are cracked and you can see some golden-brown spots. If you have a food thermometer, you are looking for an internal temperature of 190 degrees F.
  6. Take out, let cool and enjoy! (Pro Tip: If you want to lower the cals and fats a good bit on this recipe, just take out the walnuts!)
