Ingredients for Chicken Tenders:
2lbs Chicken Tenders
113g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
42g Honey Mustard
3 Big Pinches Sea Salt
2 Big Pinches Black Pepper
Garlic Powder (about the same amount as the black pepper)
80g Crushed Pretzels
Ingredients for Chipotle Honey Mustard (makes about 8 2 Tbsp (32g) servings:
113g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
42g Honey Mustard
3 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
30ml Water
Directions:
1.) Add all your chicken tender ingredients into a bowl (except pretzel and chicken) and mix to combine. The combine with your chicken tenders to use a marinade but also a coat to help the pretzel stick to the tenders. Let marinate for about 30 minutes.
2.) Then crush up your pretzel and coat your chicken breasts in the pretzels.
3.) Add to the air fryer, spray with no stick cooking spray. Air fry on 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, flipping at the 6 minute mark.
4.) While those are cooking, make your chipotle honey mustard by adding all your ingredients to a small blender and blending till smooth.
5.) Once the tenders are done, dip in the chipotle honey mustard and enjoy!
