Ingredients (makes 8 Donuts):
25g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
25g Self Rising Flour
12g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
10g Coconut Flour
5g Zero Cal Sweetener
135g Egg Whites
135g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
50g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Ingredients for Chocolate Frosting:
15g Chocolate Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
8g Unsweetened Baking Cocoa (I used Special Dark version)
4g Chocolate SF/FF Pudding Mix
3g Zero Cal Sweetener
Baby Pinch of Sea Salt
Rest of Toppings:
Crushed Graham Crackers
Mini Marshmallow Bits
Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions:
1.) Add all your dry donut ingredients into your bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then add all the wet ingredients and mix until you have a batter like consistency.
2.) Then add to your donut molds. Add to oven on 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
3.) While those are baking, add all your chocolate protein frosting ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add a little bit of cold water and mix till you get a frosting like consistency.
4.) Add to donuts once they’ve cool from baking. Add your toppings and enjoy!
