30g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
15g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
8g Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
5g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
Pinch of Sea Salt
Protein Cookie Dough Bites (makes a big batch):
45g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein (I use my brand @Flex_Brands and “FDL” saves you 15%)
45g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
25g Coconut Flour
4g Zero Cal Sweetener
Pinch of Sea Salt
115g Plain NonFat Greek Yogurt
Splash of Butter Extract
30g Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
1.) Add all your creami ingredients into your pint. Use a small hand blender/milk frother and mix till smooth.
2.) Put the pint in the freezer till frozen. I just do mine the day before so they can freeze overnight. And also pro tip, get extra pints and then make 6 of these at one time so you have them for the whole week.
3.) Now you are going to make your protein cookie dough bites! Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl (except mini chocolate chips) and mix to avoid clumping. Then add your greek yogurt and a tiny splash of butter extract. Mix with a spoon until it’s a crumble and then use your hands to form into a dough. Add mini chocolate chips and mix into the dough ball. Add to the freezer to let it cool and become less sticky.
4.) Once your cookie dough ball is not sticky to the touch, take off tiny pieces of it and form into little dough balls. Then add these to the fridge.
5..) Now once creami is frozen, either let sit out for 10 minutes to thaw out a bit or run outside edges under warm water for a minutes. Then add to your creami holster and do the “Lite Ice Cream” function. All you need to do is that function one time,
6.) Make a little hole in the middle of the ice cream and add your chips a hoy cookie, chocolate chips and 5 of your cookie dough bites. Add back to the creami and do the mix-ins function.
7.) Once done, enjoy!
