Ingredients for Cauliflower Crust:
1 Bag Frozen Riced Cauliflower (4 75g servings per bag)
62g Part Skim Mozzarella
14g Parmesan Cheese
1 Large Egg
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Oregano
Toppings:
60g Marinara
42g Part Skim Mozzarella
10 Turkey Pepperonis
Thin Sliced Green Bell Peppers
Thin Sliced Red Onion
White Mushrroms
Roasted Red Peppers
Banana Peppers
Black Olives
Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
1.) Microwave your riced cauliflower per instructions on the bag.
2.) Add cauliflower to a towel and drain as much of the liquid as possible. This is super important for the crust to come together. Be careful doing this because the cauliflower will be hot!
3.) Once drained, add cauliflower to a bowl and then add your mozzarella, parmesan cheese, large egg, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper and oregano. Mix all together.
4.) Line an oven safe pan with parchment paper and then add your dough to the middle. Spread into thin crust pizza the best you can. You want this as thin as you can get it without holes. I got mine to 12in in size.
6.) Add to the oven on 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
7.) Then add your toppings and add back to the oven for 3-5 minutes till toppings are golden.
8.) Then slice up and enjoy!
