551 Cal Loaded Garlic Parmesan Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

Ingredients (makes 2 Skillets):

500g Sweet Potatoes

16oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef

42g 2% Colby Jack Cheese

10g Parmesan Cheese

Sea Salt

Garlic Powder

Non Stick Cooking Spray

Ketchup

Parsley

Directions

Directions:

1.) Cut your sweet potatoes into bite size cubes and add them to a big bowl. Spray with non stick cooking spray and toss. Do this a few times to try and coat all the potatoes. Then add sea salt and garlic powder and toss. Repeat till all are coated as well.

2.) Add these to the air fryer on 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.

3.) Once potatoes are hallways done, pre heat stove top pan to a 7/10 heat. Add your 96/4 lean ground beef. Season with sea salt and garlic powder. Once cooked, add your colby jack cheese on top and add a cover on top to melt the cheese.

4.) Once potatoes are done, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and add back to air fryer for another 3-5 minutes.

5.) Now it’s time to build the skillet. Add your sweet potatoes, then your cheesy ground beef, ketchup and parsley. Then enjoy!
