Ingredients

Ingredients for Meal Prep Air Fryer Chicken Breast:

4 10oz Chicken Breasts

HEB Blackened Seasoning

 

Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing:

 

Macros per 1Tbsp (15g):

17 Cals, 0.75g Carbs, 1.5g Fat, 0.25g Protein

 

Ingredients:

1 Medium Avocado (4.5oz)

Juice from 1 Small Lime

¼ Cup Water

2g Sea Salt

2g Garlic Powder

Handful (15g) Fresh Cilantro

 

Rest of ingredients for Bowl:

1.5 Cup Cooked Jasmine Rice

20g Black Beans

50g Sauteed Mixed Veggies

6oz Chicken

31g Avocado Lime Dressing

Pinch of Toasted Sesame Seeds

 

Directions

Directions:

1.) Cut chicken breast as shown in the video. Crazy how much of a difference using this cutting technique makes with the end product! Season well especially in the cracks.

2.) Air fry on 400 Degrees F for 9 Minutes. I was able to cook 2 chicken breasts at a time in my air fryer.

3.) Once done, dice chicken breasts into small pieces and pour any remaining juices from the air fryer on top.

 

Directions for Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing:

1.) Add all your ingredients into your small blender of choice and blend till smooth.

2.) Add to a bottle of your choice and enjoy! Lasts in fridge for 7-10 days.
