Ingredients for Meal Prep Air Fryer Chicken Breast:
4 10oz Chicken Breasts
HEB Blackened Seasoning
Directions:
1.) Cut chicken breast as shown in the video. Crazy how much of a difference using this cutting technique makes with the end product! Season well especially in the cracks.
2.) Air fry on 400 Degrees F for 9 Minutes. I was able to cook 2 chicken breasts at a time in my air fryer.
3.) Once done, dice chicken breasts into small pieces and pour any remaining juices from the air fryer on top.
Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing:
Macros per 1Tbsp (15g):

Ingredients:
1 Medium Avocado (4.5oz)
Juice from 1 Small Lime
¼ Cup Water
2g Sea Salt
2g Garlic Powder
Handful (15g) Fresh Cilantro
Directions:
1.) Add all your ingredients into your small blender of choice and blend till smooth.
2.) Add to a bottle of your choice and enjoy! Lasts in fridge for 7-10 days.
