Breakfast Egg White Omelet Patties

48 Cal Breakfast Egg White Omelet Patties

Ingredients

Ingredients (makes 4 Patties):

400g Egg Whites

20g Spinach

60g Diced Roma Tomatoes

60g Diced Red Onion

2 Cloves Minced Garlic

3 Big Pinches Sea Salt

2 Big Pinches Black Pepper

 

 

Directions

Directions:

1.) Add all your ingredients into a bowl and mix.

2.) Add to a jumbo donut silicone mold. I got mine off amazon. You can use any mold you want but if it’s smaller, then it’ll make more individual size patties. And baking time will be less as well.

3.) Bake on 400 Degrees F for 25 minutes.

4.) Then they are good to go! I add mine to a toasted Dave’s Killer Bread Bagel with laughing cow cheese wedge on each half bagel, everything bagel seasoning, center cut bacon and then the breakfast patty on top! Then of course some sriracha 🙂
