Protein Cookie Dough Thin Crust Dessert Pizza

Ingredients

✳️ Protein Cookie Dough Ingredients:
30g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder (I use my brand aka @flex_brands aka the best protein for recipes in the game! “FDL” saves you 15%!)
20g PB Party @ProteinCookieButter Powder
10g Powdered PB
4g Zero Cal Sweetener
Pinch of Sea Salt
180g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

✳️ Protein Icing Ingredients:
30g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder (I use my brand aka @flex_brands aka the best protein for recipes in the game! “FDL” saves you 15%!)
15g Powdered Sugar
4g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk to consistency. Be careful not to add too much.

*only use 1/3rd of the icing on the pizza so that’s what’s reflected in the macros.

✳️ Rest of Ingredients:
1 Josephs Lavash Bread (can sub with any flatbread)
2 Chips Ahoy Cookies

Directions

❇️ Directions:
1️⃣ Add all your dry protein cookie dough ingredients into your bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add your almond milk and mix till you have a cookie dough like consistency. Add to the freezer to help thicken up some more.
2️⃣ Then make your protein icing by adding all your dry ingredients into your bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add your almond milk and mix till have have an icing like consistency. Be careful not to add too much almond milk!
3️⃣ Bake your lavash bread on 400 degrees F till golden brown.
4️⃣ Then it’s time to build the pizza. Add your cookie dough and spread it evenly across the crust. Then add your crushed chips ahoy cookies on top of the cookie dough. Then drizzle your protein icing on top.
5️⃣ Lastly, slice up your pizza and enjoy!
