439 Cals, 51g Carbs, 11g Fat, 34g Protein
20g Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
10g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder
10g Black Cocoa Powder
100g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
50g Egg Whites
80g Canned Pumpkin
4g Zero Sweetener
3g Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
40g Oats
15g Mini Chocolate Chips
*You can sub a whey/casein blend protein powder for the vegan protein.
*You won’t taste the pumpkin, I PROMISE! Pinky swear.
Directions:
1.) Add all your ingredients (except oats and mini chocolate chips) into a small blender and blend till smooth.
2.) Then mix in your oats and mini chocolate chips.
3.) Add to a 6.5in cast iron skillet or any dish similar in size.
4.) Bake on 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
5.) Let cool for about 10-15 minutes to set. Slice up and enjoy!
