Macros for the WHOLE Protein Crepe Cookie Dough Burrito:
428 Cals, 32g Carbs, 8g Fat, 57g Protein
Ingredients for Protein Crepe:
15g Whey/Casein Blend Vanilla Protein Powder
15g All Purpose Flour
3g Zero Cal Sweetener
Pinch of Sea Salt
80g Egg Whites
Ingredients for Protein Cookie Dough:
30g Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
15g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
8g Powdered PB
4g Zero Cal Sweetener
Baby Pinch of Sea Salt
15g Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions:
1.) Add all your dry cooking dough ingredients (except mini chocolate chips) to a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add cold water and mix till you you get a thick cookie dough like consistency. Then add your mini chocolate chips and mix those in. Add cookie dough to freezer.
2.) Now add all your dry protein crepe ingredients to a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then add your egg whites and mix till smooth.
3.) Add crepe batter to the middle of a stove top pan preheated on a 5/10 heat. Swirl the pan in a circle to made the crepe as big and thin are possible. Cook on that side until bubbles start to form on top. This should take 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook on that side a minute.
4.) Take off and then add cookie dough to the crepe. Rolling into a burrito. Add back to the pan and golden each side. Then slice up and enjoy!
