425 Cal ½ lb Double Cheeseburgers

Ingredients (makes 2):

16 oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef

2 Slices 2% Colby Jack Cheese

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

Reduced Sodium Cheese Broth

Green Leaf Lettuce

Tomato

Red Onion

Yellow Mustard

Ketchup

Oroweat Keto Buns

Directions

1.) Split 96/4 lean ground beef into 4 oz patties. Flatten with parchment paper sheets.

2.) Add to a pan preheated on 7/10 heat. Season the top of burgers with sea salt, black pepper and a little bit of yellow mustard.

3.) Cook on that side till it starts to brown up the sides. Flip and then add your cheese on top along with a splash of reduced sodium chicken broth. Add a cover on top till the cheese is melted.

4.) Toast your burger buns. Then build your burger. Bottom bun, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, sea salt, black pepper, burger, red onion, another burger, toasted top bun with yellow mustard on it. Enjoy!
