Ingredients (makes 3 Wraps):

3 Josephs Lavash Breads

16oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef

Sea Salt, Garlic Powder

30g Yellow Mustard

42g 2% Colby Jack Cheese

Green Leaf Lettuce

Roma Tomato

Red Onion

Pickles

Spicy Big Mac Sauce:

113g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt

32g Sugar Free Ketchup

8g Dijon Mustard

4g Pickle Juice (I used from the pickle jar)

16g Water

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Paprika

Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Directions:

1.) First, make your big mac sauce by adding all your ingredients into a bowl and mixing. Super simple. I added mine to a sauce bottle.

2.) Now preheat your stove top pan to a 7/10 heat. Once pre heated, add your 2oz burger patties to the pan and cook on that side till the brown starts to creep up the sides. Then flip and chop up into small pieces with your spatula.

3.) Season the ground beef with sea salt, garlic powder and yellow mustard. Mix till all combined. Then add your cheese and mix.

4.) Now it’s time to put together the wrap. Lay down your lavash and add in this order. This is important because your lavash will rip if you don’t. Add your green leaf lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, chopped cheese and then big mac sauce.

5.) Roll the wrap as tightly as you can, slice in half and enjoy!
