311 Cal Low Calorie KFC Popcorn Chicken

Ingredients

KFC Secret Seasoning Blend:

8g Salt

5g Black Pepper

5g Oregano

5g Paprika

5g Garlic Powder

3g Basil

3g Thyme

3g Celery Salt

3g White Pepper

3g Mustard Powder

3g Ginger Powder

 

Rest of Ingredients:

24oz Chicken Tenderloins

60g Egg Whites

56g All Purpose Flour

5g Baking Powder

 

Directions

Directions:

1.) Cut your chicken tenders or chicken breast into bite size pieces. Add to a bowl and combine with 60g Egg Whites and mix together.

2.) Next, in another shallow bowl add your all purpose flour, baking powder and kfc seasoning blend. Mix together well.

3.) Now add a handful of your chicken to the flour mixture with one hand and then coat them well with the other. Repeat for all the chicken.

4.) Add the coated chicken pieces to the air fryer making sure they are not touching. I had to do this is 2 batches.

5.) Spray with non stick cooking spray and air fry on 400 degrees F for 9 minutes.

6.) Then once done, enjoy!
