Macros for the WHOLE Crumble:
305 Cals, 40g Carbs, 2g Fat, 32g Protein
Ingredients:
170g Frozen Berries
20g Vegan Protein Powder
13g Old Fashioned Oats
3g Zero Cal Sweetener
Dash of Salt
28g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
*If you use a whey protein instead of vegan, you will use like 10g of almond milk instead of 28g for the vegan. Why? Because vegan protein is MUCH more absorbent.
Protein Icing (only used half of it):
15g Whey/Casein Blend Vanilla Protein Powder
7g Powdered Sugar (can sub with zero cal powdered sugar to bring the calories down)
Cold Water to consistency
*Be careful not to add too much water for the icing. A little bit at a time till you reach consistency.
Directions:
1.) First to make the protein crumble. Add your vegan protein powder, oats, sweetener and salt into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then add your almond milk and mix till you have a crumble like consistency. You’ll probably have to use your hands when creating the crumbles.
2.) Now add your berries to your 6.5oz cast iron skillet and air fry on 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
3.) Once the berries are done in the air fryer, add your crumbles on top and spray with non stick butter spray.
4.) Add back to the air fryer on on 400 Degrees F for 3 more minutes. Then add your protein icing drizzle on top and enjoy!
BTW…. This crumble is a game changer! It’s like a light granola!
