Macros for each Apple Crumble:
193 Cals, 32g Carbs, 1.5g Fat, 13g Protein
Ingredients for Filling (makes 2):
500g No Sugar Added Apple Pie Filling
Ingredients for Protein Crumble on Top (makes 2):
30g Flex Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
20g Old Fashioned Oats
3g Zero Cal Sweetener
Dash of Sea Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg
42ml Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Non Stick Butter Spray (added 0.5g Fat Per Crumble)
* I find the No Sugar Added Apple Pie Filling at either HEB, Wal Mart or you can order it on Amazon! I haven’t really looked for it at other stores so it’s probably available at a bunch more grocery stores as well.
Directions:
1.) Add all your dry protein crumble ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add your almond milk and mix to create a wet crumble like consistency.
2.) Now add 250g of your apple pie filling to each of your 10oz ramekins. Then add half of your crumble mixture to the top of each.
3.) Spray the tops with non-stick butter spray and then air fry at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes. I didn’t preheat the air fryer for this. I’ll always specify if I do preheat the air fryer.
4.) Once done, add some whipped cream on top and enjoy!
