272 Cal Biscoff Protein Lava Brownies

Ingredients

Ingredients (make 2 brownies):

30g Self Rising Flour

30g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder

20g Powdered PB

5g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice

80g Canned Pumpkin

30g Sugar Free Pancake Syrup

50g Egg Whites

30g Biscoff Cookie Butter

Directions

1️.) Add all of your dry ingredients to a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Add in your pumpkin, maple syrup, and egg with the dry ingredients until you get a thick batter like consistency. 

2.) Then mix in your 30g biscoff cookie butter. Don’t overmix because we wants some globs!

3.) Spray each of your 10oz dishes with non-stick cooking spray, then add your batter evenly to each.

4.) Add them to the oven at 350 degrees F for 12-13 minutes! Once it’s done, add your toppings (I went with fat free whipped cream and biscoff cookie crumbles) and enjoy!

 

Air Fryer tip: Air Fry on 275 Degrees F for 12-15 minutes!

Microwave tip: Microwave for 45 seconds!
