264 Cal Garlic, Parmesan & Cheddar Ruffles Potato Chips

Ingredients

✳️ Ingredients:
1 Medium Size Russet Potato (mine was 235g)
Non Stick Butter Spray

✳️ Garlic, Parmesan & Cheddar Seasoning:
10g Parmesan
8g Nutritional Yeast
Sea Salt
Garlic Powder

Directions

❇️ Directions:
1️⃣ Slice your russet potatoes with your mandolin to as thin as you can get them without getting any holes. Add to a bowl with ice cold water. Let them soak in there for at least 30 minutes.
2️⃣ While those are in the bath, make up your chip seasoning mixture. Add your parmesan and nutritional yeast into your small blender and blend till smooth. Then add to a bowl and add sea salt and garlic powder. Mix to combine.
3️⃣ Once chips have soaked long enough, at them to a towel and get them as dry and you can. This will ensure they get crispy!
4️⃣ Add them to a bowl and toss in 3/4th of the seasoning mixture. Once all coated evenly, add to a pan covered in parchment paper and add to the oven on 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden. You can do these in the air fryer as well. I’d suggest 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or until golden.
5️⃣ Once done, add to a bowl and toss with the rest of your seasoning mixture. Enjoy!
