Macros for each 1/4lb Protein Cookie:
250 Cals, 19g Carbs, 8.5g Fat, 24g Protein
*These will have that half baked vibe! Middle doughy while the outsides baked!
Ingredients: (makes 2 Cookies):
30g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder (I use my brand aka @flex_brands aka the best protein for recipes in the game! “FDL” saves you 15%!)
20g PB Party @ProteinCookieButter Powder
15g All Purpose Flour
10g Almond Flour
5g Coconut Flour
6g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
3g Baking Soda
50g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
30g Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 Large Eggs
15g Mini Chocolate Chips
10 M&M Chips
*I use the different flours to help achieve the cookie density/texture with as little calories as possible. Each has their own strengths and attributes so if you sub them, obviously the end product will not be the same.
Directions:
1. Add all of your dry ingredients (except for the mini chocolate chips) to a bowl and mix, then add your wet ingredients and till you get a cookie dough like consistency. Then fold in your mini chocolate chips.

2. Take your 10oz ramekins and spray with non stick cooking spray. Then evenly add your cookie dough to each. Press the cookie dough down into the ramekin. Add 5 M&M’s to each.
3. Add to your air fryer on 250 degrees F for 6 minutes! Once done, take out and enjoy!
👉🏻 Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 6 minutes! I like this recipe better in the air fryer though! It’s more consistent than the oven!
