234 Cals Crispy SMASH Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

Ingredients:

2 Large Sweet Potatoes (about 500g each)

Non Stick Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Sea Salt

Garlic Powder

Directions

Directions:

1.) Cut your sweet potatoes into moderately sized cubes. Then add to a big bowl and spray with your non stick cooking spray. Season generously with sea salt and garlic powder. Toss to combine.

2.) Air fry these on 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. Once done, take out and use a flat glass cup (or anything like that) to flatten these. If they start to stick, use a small spatula to carefully peel them off.

3.) I did two different batches. I did one in the air fryer and one in the oven. So add how many can fit into the air fryer without touching and spray the tops with a bit more cooking spray and add a little bit more sea salt on top. Air fry on 400 degrees F for 7 minutes.

4.) Turn oven on broil. Mine was at 450 degrees F broil.  Cover a pan in aluminum foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Add however many of the smashed sweet potatoes to the pan without touching. Spray tops with non stick cooking spray and add more sea salt on top. Add to oven for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Keep an eye on them. If they need to be in there more or less, just go by looks.

5.) Once done, they are good to go! Should be crispy! Enjoy!
