216 Cal Blackened Chicken Tender BLT Sliders

Ingredients

Ingredients (makes 12 sliders):
1 Package 12 Slider Rolls of your choice (I used Natures Own Brioche Slider Rolls)
24oz Chicken Tenders
Blackened Seasoning (I used HEB Brand)
12 Slices Center Cut Bacon
6 Slices 2% Colby Jack Cheese
96g Low Fat Mayo
96g Honey Mustard
Lettuce
Tomato
Red Onion
Garlic, Parsley, Butter Combo to Brush on top:
4 Cloves Minced Garlic
Handful Finely Chopped Parsley
4 Spray of Non Stick Butter Spray

*Added 1g Fat per Slider for this combo

Directions

Directions:
1. Season your chicken tenders well with your blackened seasoning. Air fry these on 400 Degrees F for 9 minutes.

2. Bake your center cut bacon on 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes.

3. Once both are done, it’s time to start building the sliders. Add to each button bun of the sliders 8g low fat mayo, then 1 chicken tender cut in half, ½ slice of your colby jack cheese, slice of bacon and then your top buns.

4️. Now spray the tops of your buns with non-stick butter spray and then brush on the garlic, parsley, butter spray combo.
5️. Bake the sliders on 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes. Once done, take off top bun and add your honey mustard, lettuce, tomato and red onion.
6️. Add top buns back on and enjoy!
