213 Cal Thanksgiving Turkey Mac & Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

Ingredients for One Pot Mac & Cheese:

8oz (224g) Banza Elbows

320g (ml) Water

320ml Fat Free Fairlife Milk(can sub with whatever milk you like)

40g All Purpose Flour

15g Nutritional Yeast

30g Yellow Mustard (you can omit it but I promise you won’t taste it!)

112g 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese

68g Part Skim Mozzarella

 

Rest of Ingredients:

Pack of Hawaiian Rolls

16oz Thanksgiving Turkey

12g Parmesan Cheese

Garlic Powder

Directions

1.) Add all your ingredients (save 28g colby jack and 14g mozzarella) into your pot (burner not on yet) and mix together well.

2.) Then put burner on a 5/10 heat and add a cover on top.

3.) Once at a simmer, start to mix so it doesn’t burn and stick to the bottom. Then add cover back on top. Repeat this process 4-5 times until your mac & cheese is aldente.

4.) Then slice your pack of Hawaiian rolls in half. Add your thanksgiving turkey, then half your batch of mac & cheese, the rest of your cheese and 8g parmesan. Add your top half of the rolls.

5.) Then spray the tops of the rolls with non stick cooking spray and add more parmesan cheese on top along with some garlic powder.

6.) Bake on 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or until golden and enjoy!
