Ingredients for Avocado Tuna Salad:
2 Cans Tuna (in water not oil)
1 Medium Avocado (about 4oz)
2 Light Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Rest of Ingredients:
2 English Muffins
Homemade Pico
Sriracha
Directions:
1.) Add all your tuna salad ingredients into a bowl. Oh and make sure to drain the water out of your tuna first before adding to bowl! Mash it all together. And that’s it!
2.) I toasted some english muffins and added the avocado tuna salad on top. Then added some homemade pico, sriracha and more everything bagel seasoning. Super simple but sooo good!
