4 Pitas (I use Josephs Brand which have 9g carbs per pita)
10oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
4 Slices Fat Free American Cheese
50g Shredded Lettuce
24 Pickle Slices
Sea Salt/Garlic Powder to season Ground Beef
1.) Preheat the oven to 450F, and preheat a stovetop pan to 6/10 heat. Season ground beef with sea salt and garlic powder.
2.) Cook the ground beef on the preheated pan to personal wellness.
3.) Once the ground beef is ready, line an oven safe pan with aluminum foil. Then, spray the aluminum foil with a non-stick cooking spray. Place the pitas in the oven safe pan.
4.) Cut the slice of cheese in half and place it to one side of the pita. Then, put the ground beef on top of the cheese. Add lettuce and pickles.
5.) Fold the pita in half, pressing it down as much as possible. Repeat this process for all 4 chalupas.
6.) Brush egg white wash on top of the chalupas, sprinkle sesame seeds, and put them in the oven for 4-6 minutes. Then, enjoy!
